Bus Service Update – November 2014

Coming off the announcement yesterday about the Ubud Line beginning on 10 November 2014, we’d like to mention a few other updates to the Kura-Kura Bus Service. 1. New Kuta Beach Line name change The “New Kuta Beach Line” will change to “Pecatu Indah Resort Line“.  This is the area also commonly referred to as Dreamland, and is located on the way to Uluwatu. The complex features several resorts and hotels, a golf course and a fun water park. Ubud Line Open from 10 November 2014

Many people have been asking when the Ubud Line will be coming to our bus service and we’re happy to announce that from 10 November 2014, Kura-Kura Bus will be running a daily bus service to one of Bali’s most popular attractions.The Ubud Line will start at our DFS Bus Bay in Kuta and has two convenient bus stops in Ubud, namely Plataran Resort and Puri Lukisan.  The trip back to Kuta starts again at Puri Lukisan, stops at Plataran Resort and then continues on to DFS Bus Bay. Kura-Kura Bus & Tourism EXPO Japan

Kura-Kura Bus attended the recent “Tourism EXPO 2014 Japan” held in Tokyo from 25 – 28 September 2014. Formerly known as the “JATA Travel Fair”, it is one of the largest travel events in the world. The event is held annually at Tokyo Big Sight, and this year over 150,000 visitors attended over the four-day period.  Kura-Kura Bus was proud to have an exhibition stall at the event, with two Japanese staff, one Russian staff, and the ever-popular Kuramon mascot being on hand to meet members of the public. Further details will be provided closer to the time, so watch this space… Kura-Kura Bus is a shuttle bus service operating daily in Bali’s most popular tourist destinations. The main hub is located at DFS Bus Bay in Kuta – this is where you can connect to other bus lines to explore different areas of Bali.
